Dr. Bundens is a computational chemist who does molecular modeling of strained ring systems.  Other interests include training education majors to teach chemistry at the elementary grade level and advising the campus chemistry club. Teaching includes physical chemistry, general chemistry and chemical education.  Professor Bundens and her husband Gregory have two sons, Bryce and Jared.  The Bundens family are members of Trinity Christian Reformed Church in Broomall, PA.

Dr. Jeff Lawton is a biochemist who does research characterizing macromolecules involved in host-pathogen interactions.  Other interests include cycling and developing greater ties with academic institutions in Asia. Courses include biochemistry, research, Structural Basis of Human Disease, and Science in Society.

Dr. Lorenzo's teaching includes quantitative analysis, instrumental analysis, and industrial chemistry. He also serves as the Chemistry Laboratory Coordinator and teaches the general chemistry laboratories. His research interests in organic chemistry involve liquid crystal synthesis, and cyclopropane chemistry. Professor Lorenzo also enjoys teaching Bible. He and his wife Kathy are proud grandparents of 8 and attend Morningstar Fellowship in Bectelsville, PA.

Dr. Mowery joined the Eastern University Chemistry Department in August 2012.  She worked as a visiting assistant professor at Ursinus College before joining the department.  Professor Mowery is an analytical chemist and investigates strategies to develop electrochemical sensors for large, polyionic compounds.  Dr. Mowery's teaching involves nursing chemistry, applied chemistry, quantitative analysis, and instrumental analysis.

Dr. Park joined the Eastern University Chemistry Department in August 2009 from the NanoBiotechnology Center of the Roswell Park Cancer Institute in NY.  He is an organic chemist with interdiscipinary research employing organic synthesis to study interfacial phenomena with nano-scale materials.  Professor Park  teaches the organic chemistry lectures and laboratories as well as student research.
