
Eastern’s Astronomy program brings science and faith together through rigorous study and hands-on research with state-of-the-art facilities in our Bradstreet Observatory and the digital fulldome Julia Fowler Planetarium. Students aspiring to a career in Astronomy will discover a challenging array of courses taught in physics, math, computer science and astronomy designed to encourage growth in both knowledge and faith.

Eastern university graduate Josh Lake won the contest, "Hubble's Hidden Treasures Revealed!" Hubble's Hidden Treasures is organised by ESA/Hubble, the education and public outreach office for the Hubble Space Telescope in Europe with participation from the Space Telescope Science Institute. Almost 3,000 submissions were entered and Josh not only won the public vote but the jury vote as well. Congratulations Josh Lake!
