PA-Educator.net is a clearinghouse for teachers and other Pennsylvania certified individuals who want to work in the Commonwealth. It is free to applicants and takes an individual less than an hour to complete the standard PA application online and mail a set of documents to PA-Educator.net.
Many school districts will begin the hiring process for the 2011-2012 school year shortly as well as spring 2011. If you follow the instructions, you can have your application online along with a complete set of credentials over the next three weeks and available to over 200 school districts, intermediate units, and private academic schools across Pennsylvania. MAD SCIENCE (10/7/10)
We would like to invite students to apply to work for Mad Science to
teach elementary and middle school-age science workshops at the local
schools. The programs are correlated to the national and state science standards and are design to meet science benchmarks and improve performance indicators. Students will find that working for Mad Science is a great resume builder since they provide classroom experience before graduation.
Mad Science provides full training and they are paid both for training and for
delivering the workshops at schools, community centers, camps, etc.

The GWU bilingual special education program seeks openings for research assistants to assist with research and administration for teacher education projects in the District of Columbia and neighboring counties. Qualifications needed include a strong background in ESL, special education, or bilingual special education; knowledge of K-12 instruction, issues of culture and equity, and/or literacy; and satisfactory teaching or educational leadership experience.
