Faith Ngunjiri, Ed.D.
Dr. Ngunjiri joined the faculty at Eastern University in 2008, having come from Yale University where she was Associate Director, Ethics and Spirituality in the Workplace (ESW) program at the Yale Center for Faith and Culture. Dr. Ngunjiri was a faculty member in the Organizational Leadership and Supervision division at Indiana University-Purdue University. She has also taught as an adjunct at Regent University (Virginia Beach) and University of Saint Francis (Fort Wayne). She teaches research methods; dissertation proposal seminar; leadership, spirituality and mission; leadership and globalization; and serves as dissertation advisor to several doctoral candidates. Her research and publication interests include women and leadership, African women leaders, leadership and culture, faith/spirituality at work, and autoethnography/collaborative autoethnography.
