Master of Science in Health Services

MS in Health Services

The MS in Health Services degree consists of 10 courses and was developed to meet the needs of graduate nurses and other health care professionals. It was designed to raise student awareness of health service interaction with:

  • Legal and health care policy issues
  • Holistic care of culturally diverse patients
  • Current trends in health care

Teaching methods and materials are based on adult learning models, which rely heavily on facilitated dialogue, group projects, and previous experience. Students complete a Field Research Project (thesis).

The MS in Health Services is offered in St. Davids, near Philadelphia, PA.  Please view our SMS Student Handbook.
