Michael graduated from Eastern with a BA in Elementary Education and received a MA in Education from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. Currently, he is studying organizational leadership in Eastern University’s newly developed PhD program.

Employment and Community Involvement

Michael serves as the Assistant Director of the Urban School Services Department of the Association of Christian Schools International. Providing resources to urban educators around the nation, he is engaged in professional development, administrator consultations, and working with local networks of urban schools. Additionally, he works with emerging charter schools led by people of faith hoping to make a difference for urban children.

Michael and his wife have five children and live in Lancaster, PA.
