Prior to joining Eastern, I spent 12 years in the banking industry at such companies as Cendant Mortgage, Bank One (JP Morgan Chase), and GE Financial Services.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters.

Hello, my name is Kristen Hunter and I am the Assistant Director of Student Services for Eastern University’s Campolo College of Graduate and Professional Studies. My job entails supporting all students as well as logistical planning for student events. Currently, my office is located at the St. Davids Campus in the Eagle Learning Center.
I graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Psychology. From Drexel, I worked at Chestnut Hill College and then at Delaware County’s Women Against Rape. I am very grateful to be a part of Eastern University and work towards making sure students are just as excited to be a part of this wonderful Christian community.

Hello, my name is Rebekah Ostby and I am the Assistant Director of Student Services, serving all Eastern University students. However, being located out of the Harrisburg Office, I focus on the students in Central PA (sites in Harrisburg and Lancaster) and online. My role is to be a point of contact for our students throughout their time in the program, striving to help provide the best experience possible.
I spent three wonderful years living and learning at Eastern’s main campus in St. Davids, PA as a student in the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS). In May of 2010, I graduated with a degree in Business Management with the goal to serve the non-profit sector of the business world.
One of the things I grew to love during my time as a student with Eastern was the community. Community encourages growth in every area of our lives – academically, emotionally, physically and spiritually. My goal is help foster the community here in Central PA while serving and supporting each student who comes through our doors. We all have busy lives and I am here to help make each person’s educational experience the best it can be, amidst the craziness of the everyday. I am learning, and hope to share with others, the importance of finding the “joy in the journey” and living each day as a gift from the Lord.
I am married to my wonderful husband, who is also now joining the Eastern student body. While both of us are originally from Connecticut, we have quickly fallen in love with Pennsylvania and have enjoyed making it our home.

Hello, my name is Damon Ross, and I have been blessed with the opportunity to serve as the Student Services Coordinator for the Palmer Theological Seminary. I see my role as a compass; helping our students navigate through their programs and encouraging them along the way.
I am quickly approaching the end of my graduate studies in leadership, and very excited about my next step in life. My testimony is the continued favor of God that just won't leave me alone. I have worked very hard for everything that I have, yet I do not desire any of it. The favor of God is not fair, and I thank him for it every day of my life.
Again, I am blessed to be able to serve this richly diverse student body and look forward to higher heights as we all grow together. My theme in life is, Romans 8:31, "What, then, shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?"

Hello, my name is Brian Turner and I am the Student Services Coordinator for Eastern University’s Campolo College for Graduate and Professional Studies (CCGPS), serving students in Philadelphia PA.
I am the first face you will see before you attend class, and I hope to help you with any questions you might have. If I can’t directly help you, my hope is that I can point you in the correct direction; to get you the assistance you need. I am a 2002 graduate of Lower Merion High School. I studied Criminal Justice Administration at Delaware Valley College. I earned a paralegal certificate from the Eastern University Paralegal Program in 2010.
Greetings! My name is Ernestine “Ernee” Vann and I am the Services Coordinator for Eastern University’s People for People Institute, serving students at our 800 N. Broad St. location. I am privileged to be able to serve students in a variety of facets as they navigate their way through their undergraduate endeavors.
I graduated from Temple University with a B. A. in Communications and Theater and I am currently in pursuit of a Master of Theological Studies Degree from Palmer Theological Seminary.
I have a great fondness for Eastern University, having first become an employee in 2006. I have witnessed firsthand, the transformative power one receives journeying through this process called higher education. It has been my pleasure serving students and observing their growth process, as they walk into their destinies. One of my favorite quotes belongs to Mr. Henry David Thoreau: “Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.” If I can help even one student achieve this feat, I’ll feel I am moving closer to my own destiny!
