Young Life Ballbach Fellows Program at Eastern

The design of this program is to train Eastern University students for the relational ministry of Young Life in order to proclaim the whole Gospel to the whole world.

While earning a bachelor’s degree at Eastern University, students will:

  • be trained through a semester-long leadership training course
  • receive practical experience through a semester-long apprentice program
  • experience Young Life club leadership over the course of their remaining 3 years
  • travel on camp trips with their high school Young Life Group
  • experience regular fellowship with other Young Life leaders through leadership meetings and retreats

At the end of a student’s Eastern experience, he/she will have:

  • impacted lives of high school students for Christ
  • developed valuable leadership qualities in any area of life
  • experienced training in relational ministry
  • been equipped for a calling to Young Life staff
