Graduate Programs in Leadership and Development
Eastern University's Graduate Programs in Leadership and Development serve, educate, support and provide mission critical knowledge tools, based on a servant leadership model, to all those who want to grow in their knowledge, skills and faith to better serve and lead in all places of need in a holistic, practical, and transformational manner. More on Mission, Vision and Core Values.
We offer four degree programs that develop people of faith for service in the nonprofit, NGO, and social business sector. Our programs are designed for the working practitioner living all over the USA or Africa, or full time residential grad student. We offer classes in both Philadelphia and Africa. We have over 4,000 alumni serving in 89 countries in a variety of leadership positions. Hear what some of them say about our programs. We look forward to speaking with you further about where God is leading you to serve.
