A statement for the Session (Fall or Spring) will be issued at the first week of lessons. Payment must be made for lessons and coaching by the second week of each Session. If you register for lessons mid-session, payments will be pro-rated for the remaining lessons in the calendar year. We regret that scholarships are not available at this time. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact email@example.com.
Please note: A fee of $25 will be administered to any late payment.
All checks should be made out to “Eastern University” with “Preparatory School” in the memo line.
Private Lessons and Chamber Music Coaching:
Lessons are offered in 30, 45, and 60 minute segments, with a corresponding cost of $30, $45 and $60. We strongly encourage students to enroll for a minimum of 45 minute lessons as this amount of instructional time is key to good progress.
Each student is invited to perform in a public recital on the last day of the calendar year. While this is not mandatory, it is a wonderful opportunity for students to demonstrate what they have learned over the course of the year and to engage in public performance.
The fee for Recital Registration is $20. Recitals will be held in the Great Room of Fowler Hall on June 7, 2014 at 11AM
Students may miss three (3) lessons per calendar year as long as 24 hour notice has been given to the director at firstname.lastname@example.org. All lessons missed without a 24 hour cancellation notice are not eligible for make up and are forfeited by the student. Any lesson cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled within two weeks of the cancellation for a time agreed upon by you and your teacher. If the scheduled makeup lesson is cancelled by the student it will be considered made up.
To attain a high level of achievement and enjoyment at EUPSM, students must practice regularly and come prepared to their individual lessons. Students should arrive at least 5 minutes before their lesson is to begin, warmed up and ready to begin. We reserve the right to remove students from the School if these expectations are not being met.
