Real Graduates, Real Impact, Real Results
"I have a wonderful job that I love. I work for Catholic Charities and am the Respite Coordinator at one of their sites. Which basically means I run an after school and teen program for kids with developmental disabilities. But what I really love about it is that a bunch of my kids are refugees because I work where they do all the refugee resettlement. So that makes me feel like I get to travel around without ever leaving."
"I'm currently living in Spain where I am working as a teacher's assistant teaching English to children between 3 and 12 years old. I am here as part of a program that requires that I work 12 hours a week but I also teach extra private classes on the side."
"I teach both English as a Second Language (ESL) and Spanish 1-3 at a vocational tech school. If Eastern hadn't prepared me in both Spanish and ESL, I never would have gotten the job - the dual certificate clinched it."
"I'm working full time at Big Brothers Big Sisters. I hope to go to grad school eventually, but it won't be for a few years or more. Things are going great. This job came out of an internship that I did for them while I was still at Eastern, so I luckily avoided a stressful job search!"
"I'm currently a full time grad student at Temple and working part time as a personal trainer. It took a while to get things figured out after graduation but they seem to be falling into place nicely now :)"
“I am in India! I'm working with a non-profit organization that works with rescuing women and children from the Red Light Districts of Eurasia. The organization is called Project Rescue. I am volunteering at the Home of Hope in New Delhi. It is made up of 11 girls who are daughters of prostitutes who work in the RLD of Delhi.”
"I danced before I came to Eastern and I majored in Social Work at Eastern so now I am actually teaching dance to urban youth. Finding a job has been rather difficult, but I think it's because I was trying to search outside of God's will for me. At the moment things are picking up piece by piece."
"I am working in sales. I'm learning the world of Medical Sales, and enjoying every day."
"I am working as a fitness specialist, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and wellness program developer at a corporate fitness center and I love it."
"I am teaching in a gifted program at a Christian Elementary School and I am loving it. I am also the director of the After School Program and the school's summer camp."

I am working as a marketing consultant in the internet strategy department. It is going really I am in charge of content management for both the public and client websites and am diving into social media. A lot of my job entails project management amongst various departments throughout the organization. It’s been a really good experience so far and I am learning a lot! My knowledge from courses at eastern was a huge help.
