David and Valerie Black Scholarship+ $12,500.00. For transfer students from community colleges; must be admitted to Eastern, commute from your home address, and have a 2.75 GPA from your previous college work. This scholarship is in place of your original scholarship received upon acceptance and represents the full amount of Eastern aid you can receive (although you may also qualify for state and federal aid, including loans).
