BEATLES OCT. 23
The captivating, fun, exciting spirit that came to be known as "Beatlemania" is alive again in The Return -- the world's most authentic and entertaining Beatles tribute band. The Return will perform in the McInnis Auditorium, St. Davids, on Friday, Oct. 23 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $8 for students and $15 for all others. LONDON AND PARIS TRIP 2010
A course (FA 280) is being offered in spring 2010 which includes a trip to London and Paris (with a train ride in between). FINANCIAL PEACE SEMINAR PREVIEW AUG. 31
Come to a free preview of the 13-week program called Financial Peace University on Monday, August 31, from 7-9 p.m. in the Harold Howard Center, Room 222, St. Davids. This is a preview of the video training class on finances. The host of the DVD seminar is Dave Ramsey, a renowned financial consultant. This program touches on saving, cash flow planning, dumping debt, credit sharks in suits, power of marketing, decision making, insurance, finding bargains, understanding investments, planning for retirement and college, careers and extra jobs, real estate and mortgages, and giving. Each week will be an hour-long video. After each video, there will be an hour-long discussion. The seminar is free.
