CALLING ALL EU BANDS

The Contemporary Music Center (CMC) from Martha's Vinyard is introducing a Road Tour practicum. With bus, truck and crew, they are playing several colleges in the northeast area and would like to include Eastern University in their routing in early Nov. They will bring full production including professional lights, sound and video. Their students will play a 45-minute set, one of their alum bands will play a 30-minute set, and then one of Eastern's best bands will headline the show with a 45-minute set. This will allow one of Eastern's bands to play with professional gear and encourage their friends to come to the show. This is a unique opportunity and could produce a great demo video.  Please spread the word so we can get as many entries as possible as soon as possible.  This opportunity is NOT limited to Music majors or minors. Contact John Greenland at X4396 for details and info.
