Eastern Falls at home to Immaculata

Immaculata University sophomore point guard Kasey Hicks registered a career high 16 assists as the Mighty Macs downed Eastern University 71-55 in a PAC south showdown. The visiting Mighty Macs hit 10 of 23 from behind the arc as they led from the eight minute mark of the game.
Immaculata, playing without high scoring forward Dominique Murray and with leading scorer Megan Legere playing limited minutes, got solid inside scoring from Mary Kate Pawlowski, who finished with a game high 25 points and 10 boards. Hicks scored just a single basket, but picked up 9 boards to go with her 16 helpers. Raya Shores led the Eagles with 21 points, and Emily Reeser hit five three pointers for 15 points. First year center Jeriah Garton registered a career high nine blocks to go with her ten points and seven rebounds.

Immaculata evens their record in the PAC at 3-3 while the Eagles fall to 0-6. Eastern travels to Wesley Saturday before making the trip to conference leading Gwynedd-Mercy College on Monday.
