Area Churches Day
September 5, 2012
Eastern University hosted 23 local Churches who came to campus to highlight their church ministries and outreach opportunities for College students. The Office of Faith & Practice believes that the local Church is integral to the spiritual formation of our students. We welcomed our area pastors and look forward to partnering with them as our students become involved in their various ministries.

Mayor's Clean Up Day
September 8, 2012In conjunction with the Mayor of Chester, 500 Eastern first-semester students and faculty spent a morning serving in Chester, PA.
Missions Forum
October 24-26, 2012Three days of missions activities on the St. Davids campus, including mission agency displays. Featured speaker Nelson Okanya, President of Eastern Mennonite Missions, and focused conversations and activites.
HAHA (Hunger and Homelessness Awareness) Week
November 12-17, 2012A week of education and activity on issues of poverty and homelessness in the US. Sponsored by YACHT club
