Missions

At Eastern we offer six to ten school-sponsored short-term mission trips annually. All trips are student-led and self-supporting. We partner with hosting agencies and churches, while valuing long-term partnerships, approaches that encompass evangelism and justice ministry, and, of course, safety and preparation. These trips are an exceptional opportunity for students and faculty to engage in cross-ultural ministry and service. Students grow significantly in leadership as well. Special events include an annual three-ay Missions Forum in October featuring a special speaker and missions agencies on campus.
