Application Deadlines for International Students

Application deadlines for international students are different from those listed for domestic students because additional time is required to document finances and navigate the visa application process. Some exceptions are possible for transfer students already in the U.S. on F-1 visas, and for Canadian or Bermudan students who don’t need visa interviews. Students already in the U.S. on other non-immigrant visas are not considered to be international students, unless their visa status requires them to change to F-1 before permitting study. Students who must change status to F-1 before being able to study, follow the international student deadlines as listed.
