Director of Leadership Fellows Program
Tess Bradley is Director of the Leadership Fellows Program as well as of Careers & Calling. She also teaches two undergraduate courses in leadership as part of the Leadership Fellows Program: INST 100 Introduction to Leadership, and INST 300 Leadership Practicum.
Ms. Bradley holds the MBA from Simmons College School of Management and has taught leadership at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. She as also consulted extensively. The Leadership Fellows Program, formerly the Leadership Grant Program, graduated its first class in 1999 and continues to be a benchmark program in undergraduate leadership development.
