Leadership Fellows Program

Apply

The Leadership Fellows Program (LFP) is designed to help prepare Eastern University undergraduate students for future leadership roles in the struggle to address the world's great needs. Through education, experience, leadership training and mentoring, students learn to identify their leadership styles, improve communication skills, plan effectively, and inspire others as Christ-centered servant leaders.

ADMISSIONS CRITERIA

Leadership awards are available to 40 entering students per year. Applicants are considered based on leadership experience as well as academic achievement. An interview may be requested. All areas of activity are welcome, including student government, sports, clubs, service organizations, arts, media and church groups. A minimum GPA of 3.3 is necessary for admission. Although SAT/ACT scores must be reported and may be considered in the admissions process, there is no specific minimum score.

Please do not apply to LFP in addition to other EU cohort programs. They are all very different, and students ought to determine in advance which program might suit them best, or feel free to ask advice from an admissions counselor or program director. If not accepted to LFP, students are welcome to apply to other programs for which they are qualified. The converse is true as well.
