LFP Highlights 2011-2012
They Came, They Stayed:
At this point (June 2012) we have 105 LFP students (including the incoming group). The most we could possibly have had is 120 (20 seniors, 20 juniors, 40 sophomores and 40 first years). By my calculations that is 88%. If you add the ones who are still at EU but not part of LFP, it is 90%.
Entering Class of 2016:
At this point we have 38 deposited and confirmed students for fall, 19 men and 19 women. And they are fabulous!
Commencement 2012:
- 7 of 14 LFP grads won the Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities Award
- 3 of 14 grads earned summa cum laude distinction

Academic Excellence:
At the Fall Honors Convocation 3 of the 5 academic awards went to LFP students: the two Sophomore Scholarship awards and one of the divisional awards. Over half the Leadership Fellows were on the dean’s list for fall.

This year our senior athletes led their teams to significant victories: Maria Horning/volleyball; Jon Crowder/men’s soccer; Joey Wilmot/lacrosse; Scott Renauro/baseball; Bryan Arnett/men’s tennis. Coming along are athletes on the men’s and women’s soccer teams; women’s tennis; men’s lacrosse; cross country; baseball; men’s basketball; and field hockey.
