Student Activities Board
Mission
To create, organize and implement a variety of co-curricular activities and events in an effort to provide social, recreational, spiritual, cultural, and developmental programs of value for the Eastern University student body.
The Student Activities Board (SAB) is selected in the Spring semester for service to begin the following academic year. The SAB is divided into three committees: Entertainment, which is primarily responsible for dances; Performing Arts, which is primarily responsible for concerts and coffeehouses; and Special Events, which is responsible for a wide variety of events including bowling trips, movies, Fall Festival, and day trips. While each committee has distinct responsibilities, all SAB members are expected to help with all SAB-sponsored events. See Event Descriptions for a more detailed description of common events.
