Administrative Computing


Administrative Computing is dedicated to the support of the institutional mission of preparing undergraduate and graduate students for thoughtful and productive lives of Christian faith and service. To this end we are committed to:

  • Optimizing the use of technology across a broad range of functions
  • Facilitating access to information for the core processes of research, knowledge transmission, and administrative support
  • Distributing information from administrative and other systems for planning and decision making purposes
  • Enabling administrative offices and faculty to more effectively service students and other constituents through the use of technology
  • Facilitating access to information from “anywhere” at “anytime”
  • Using technology to improve teaching and instruction and to enhance academic and administrative productivity
  • Positioning information technology as a core resource for students, faculty, and administration

Administrative Computing is responsible for the administrative computer system for student and financial records and web-based services including E-Net Student Services and web-based Registration, E-Net Faculty Advising and Cognos Web Reporting. Administrative Computing is also responsible for the IT infrastructure for the St. David’s, Valley Forge, Harrisburg and Philadelphia campuses; University e-mail; provides technical support for the University website, intranet and Library system.
