The Facilities team is comprised of the Campus Services Department which oversees the daily functions of the Plant Operations Department and campus Environmental Services. Our common goal is to oversee campus renovations and development, maintain the campus buildings and grounds providing a safe and comfortable learning environment.
Our campus is comprised of both historic and modern styled buildings and 115 acres of scenic landscape.
We provide support to the campus community so the educational process is comfortable and safe for our students, patrons, guests and those employed by the university. Routine responsibilities include all things relative to electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, carpentry, painting, telecommunication services, landscape and design, general repairs, keys, and conducting routine system inspections. We sustain the essential partnerships of outside entities related to these services and are responsible for all building oriented project management and development on campus.
Students, faculty or staff can report a facilities related problem or report a needed repair by completing an online work request form. In the event of an emergency after hours (i.e. power outages, water leaks, other building concerns) please contact Security at 610-341-1737 and they will contact the Plant Operations on call technician.
The Facilities team is located in Adams Hall and the standard hours of operation are 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
