Employment programs allow students to work and earn funds to help pay for their education and educational expenses. Eastern University offers both need-based work (Federal Work Study- FWS) and non-need based work (Eastern Campus Employment- ECE). The following forms are required to be on file before any work may begin:
- W-4 Form
- I-9 Form
- Local Earned Income Tax Residency Certification Form

Time Sheets
These time sheets are for FWS student workers, ECE student workers, and Graduate Assistants and Employees. Time sheets are due in the Mall Cottage by the posted time and date at the top of each time sheet. If you send time sheets through campus mail, they may not arrive in time for processing with the current payroll period. It is best to file your time sheets in the Alphabetizer in the lobby of the Financial Aid Office or to fax them- (610) 225-5651.
