International Student Health Requirements

We are further committed to improved and continuing Health and Wellness within our community and are required to uphold State and Local Health Department Requirements regarding Communicable Disease and proof of immunizations for our college students.
A current Physical examination (within 1 year) signed by a physician and Health History Form must also be submitted prior to I-20 issuance. Health Forms can be downloaded here if you have not received them from the Admissions Department.

Those students currently working in the Health Care Field, are required to submit Written Blood Titers, written in English in lieu of immunization dates, and a current Chest XRay report (in English done within the past 6 months.
Health Insurance
Enrollment in a Current Health Insurance Policy Prior to attendance is required. All will be enrolled in the Eastern Student Health Policy until proof of another policy is provided. This entails minimum $100,000 coverage. Travel Insurance is not eligible to waive out.
