The Faculty Director of the MBA program for the Campolo College of Graduate and Professional Studies (CCGPS) School of Management Studies (SMS) of Eastern University works with the SMS faculty team and CCGPS administrative team to provide input on marketing and recruitment of students, coordinate curriculum development, and advise on hiring and development of affiliate faculty.

Position Responsibilities

1. Assists in developing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the program.
2. Assists in the development of the program’s curriculum.
3. Helps to ensure that faculty and students receive quality service in delivery of program.
4. Assists in faculty selection process.
5. Provides input into faculty development issues.
6. Attends SMS faculty meetings.
7. Attends Commencement ceremonies at the college and attends other college functions as appropriate.

Status: Fulltime, tenure track
 
Required credentials include a master’ degree in business; proven ability to collaborate with internal and external constituents; computer literacy (particularly in MS Office); excellent administrative skills and experience with office management; proven ability to communicate, both in written and oral form, to a broad constituency; and the ability to work well with adult students required.
