Eastern University invites applications for a Visiting Professor of Nursing with a specialty in medical surgical. This is a 9-10 month position that will begin January 2008.

Responsibilities:
Teaching
• 12 credits per semester (24 credits per year)

Other
• As per Eastern University Faculty Handbook
• Service on one University-wide Committee
• Service on one Department Committee
• Attendance at Faculty and Division Meetings
• Attendance at Commencement and other University Affairs
• Maintain and revises delegated curriculum modules for BSN programs once a year and as needed.
• Participates in recruitment activities.

Credentials
Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing. Doctorate in Nursing or related field or progress towards doctorate is preferred. Teaching experience in BSN education
