The Campolo College of Graduate and Professional Studies has an ongoing need for adjunct instructors its adult-oriented programs. Depending on current need, opportunities may exist for evening, daytime, or online instruction in Center City Philadelphia, the Philadelphia suburbs, Central Pennsylvania, or at various locations internationally. Instructors are needed at the associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels. Some programs are taught in a traditional, semester-length format; others in a nontraditional, accelerated delivery.
The Campolo College is particularly interested in those individuals who have the unique combination of a commitment to the mission of the University (individuals who can affirm Eastern University’s identity and mission statements, academic credentials (a master’s degree or higher in the discipline in which one would teach or a closely related discipline), professional experience (practitioners who can relate theory to application), instructional quality (defined primarily by positive previous teaching experience), and excellence in course management (positive communication strategies with students and staff and timely submission of evaluations).
If you have interest in any of the following openings, please submit a current c.v. or resume, along with a cover letter, to the individual noted below. Electronic submissions are preferred. Those invited to continue in the selection process will receive requests for additional information. Other questions may be directed to the Dean of Academic Affairs at ablair@eastern.edu.
