Financial Responsibility Agreements
For Traditional Undergraduate and Graduate Students:
Financial Responsibility Agreement, Late Registration Agreement (for those registering within 30 days of class starting) For School of Management Studies Students:
Fees include the lifetime transcript fee, graduation fee, administrative fees and technical fees. These fees do not include prior learning assessment fees, payment option fees, or the application fee. Fees are not billed according to usage. They are distributed across the program in an attempt to make payments more uniform.
Students wishing to apply for financial aid will be required to pay any balance in full or participate in a monthly payment plan, click here for payment options. Please refer to the Financial Responsibility Agreement Form for details. Loan amounts are based on the number of credits earned. Please see section IV for loan scenarios. Because of the unique structure of the SMS programs, financial aid award letters may not be issued to the student prior to the beginning of the term. Financial aid is shown on the award letter by term and will be applied by Student Accounts in the current term. Aid eligibility will be affected whenever a student drops a course or changes groups.
