Student Accounts Office


Our goal...

The Student Accounts Office will manage the billing and receive payments for your student account while you pursue your education at Eastern University. Both the College of Arts and Sciences(CAS/Traditional ) and the Campolo College of Graduate and Professional Studies(CCGPS/Non-traditional) students are served by our office.

The Student Acounts Office has notary service available! ID is required and the fee is $5.00 per form to be notarized.

Helpful tips

The Student Accounts Office will be closed to celebrate the  Christmas holiday beginning Friday, December 23rd through Monday, January 2nd.  Our office will resume regular office hours on Tuesday, January 3rd at  9:00 a.m.

ATTENTION ALL TRADITIONAL UNDERGRADUATE  and GRADUATE STUDENTS! Spring 2012 bills are due on December 15th.  Please remember that you must be Financially Cleared  to register  and move into the dorm for any semester.  Be sure that your financial aid will cover the amount due. Payment arrangements can be established through the Sallie Mae Payment Plan to assist you to ensure that your account balance is paid in full.

* A Late Payment Fee of $110. 00 is assessed to any student account balance that is not cleared at the start of the semester, term or academic session.

* A Monthly Service Charge of 1.5% is added to all student accounts that carry a past due balance.

Online Billing Information:

Eastern University  does not send paper bills. We have partnered with CASHNet to provide online billing information for all our students.  You may make credit card payments by accessing CASHNet. To access CASHNet and to view your online bill follow these steps:

               1. Log in to my.eastern.edu 

               2. Click the Student Records tab

               3. Click Student Accounts on the left.

               4. Click on Go to CASHNet.

               5. Click on View Bills

Payment Plan Options: (Summer terms are not eligible for Payment Plans)

If you are interested in setting up a payment plan  in order to make your student bill easier to manage, please go to the appropriate Sallie Mae link listed below. Payments are made directly to Sallie Mae by check, e-check, credit card or direct debit from your checking or savings account. Contact Sallie Mae at 1-800-635-0120 or one of the links provided.

Eastern University Health Insurance:
All full-time traditional undergraduate students in the College of Arts and Sciences and all international students are required to carry health insurance. Students will be billed for health insurance annually unless the online waiver has been successfully completed.

Failure to waive or enroll annually by the deadline will result in automatic enrollment and no refunds can be given.

The waiver and/or enrollment form will be available from early December until February 1, 2012.  The link to find these online forms is www.firststudent.com.  Once on this website, select Eastern University from the drop box at the top of the page and follow the directions to waive or enroll.  More about Eastern University's Student Health Insurance Requirement

Wind Energy Program: (Assessed to ALL semester-based UG, Graduate and Doctoral students during the Fall semester only)

Keep EU 100% Wind! We hope that you participate in the "Wind Energy"Program at Eastern University; however, you may opt out of the program by faxing a letter to the Student Development Office by the deadline of SEPTEMBER 9thPlease include the following information:

  1. Statement of request to opt out of the "Wind Energy" Program,
  2. Your full name
  3. EU ID number
Fax to: 610-341-1705. Retain the dated "fax transmission report" in case it is needed for verification.
