Sarah Todd, M.Ed.
Director of The Office for Talent & Career Development
Sarah Todd received her B.A. in English from Messiah College, and worked in the field of children's/young adult literature for a number of years. Along the way Sarah discovered a passion for higher education and engaging with college students. She completed her Master's in Multicultural Education at Eastern University. At Eastern, Sarah counsels students in identifying their God-given talents, career development (from choosing a major to job search/applying to grad school), and planning next steps after graduation. She also plans career events for the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), including workshops in StrengthsQuest and MBTI. As an adjunct professor, she teaches courses in the English and Education departments.

Noelle Brown, M.A.

Noelle received her MA in Adult and Community Education from Indiana University of PA in December 2013 and has her BFA in Theatre Stage Management from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA. She discovered her passion for career development while teaching incarcerated students at the Indiana County Jail and helping them pursue their educational endeavors as well as their career goals. She joined Eastern University's Talent and Career Development office in February 2014 and enjoys working with CAS and CCGPS students as they seek after internships and career opportunities.
Peder graduated from EU in 2008 with his BA in Political Science and served abroad with Mennonite Central Committee MCC for three years. He serves the Office for Talent & Career Development as well as the Office of Faith and Practice, and is now pursuing his MBA at Eastern.
