The Faculty Services Main Menu:

The Main Menu for E-net Faculty Services is shown below.  Remember  that for each service  you select,   the particular  information  retrieved  is determined by what session, year and program is set in  the "current options settings" field.   This is easily changed in any screen with the "set option" button.

After pressing this button you will see the screen below.

Click on the name of the program (e.g. undergraduate), then select the session.  In most cases this will either be fall, spring, may, summer I, and Summer II.  The additional records are for the School of Professional Studies.  Then make sure the year field is set to the year you wish to look up.

At any time you may print a hard copy of your screen display by clicking on the printer icon in Netscape's toolbar.
