Introduction to E-net Services for Students

E-net - Step by Step

1. Go to https://genesis.eastern.edu/
2. Click on ‘Student Services’
3. You will be prompted to enter your user name and password (the same for your Eastern e-mail account/case sensitive).
4. You will then be taken to the Student Services Menu.
5. The Student Services Menu comprises:
   1. Biographical- This provides you with the records that the school uses that contain your name, address, phone numbers, e-mail, academic advisor, major, anticipated date of graduation, test scores, housing information, along with a variety of other information about you.
   2. Student Schedule- Use this tool to view your current schedule. Or you can also view your schedule from a previous semester or next semester, if already registered. To change semesters, go to the box at the bottom center of the screen entitled “Current Option Settings.” Click on “Set Options.”
   3. GPA Projection- Use this tool to see how your grade point average would be affected by the current semester grades.
   4. Grades- This service allows you view your grades in ‘real time’ as the Office of the Registrar enters them into the system. You may also view your grades from previous semesters by changing the “Current Option Settings.”
   5. Academic Record- Use this tool to view all your grades and classes on one convenient screen.
   6. Degree Audit- This option is available to help students in the advising process by showing what courses are still needed for graduation.
   7. Course Catalog- Check here for the most update course offerings and availability. Click on the department and course to see the current schedule and enrollment information.
   8. Financial Aid- This option allows you to view your award notice and any documents still needed by the Student Accounts/Financial Aid Office.
   9. Course & Fee Statement- View your bill.
   10. Registration- This option is only available during registration periods that are outlined in the Student Registration Material that is either campus mailed or sent to your home address. This option allows you to register in ‘real time.’
6. To navigate through the Student Services Menu, simply click on the button and the web page will open.
7. To log-out, you must completely shutdown your web browser.
