Eastern University Policy on Student and Student Organization Home Pages
Eastern University provides server space for home pages at no cost to currently enrolled students and university recognized student organizations. Student created home pages can further the mission of Eastern University by promoting inquiry, learning, personal development, creativity and involvement. On the other hand, home pages can also detract from the mission of the University. With this in mind, the following regulations are provided to students so that pages will be designed with the mission of the University in mind and reflect legal, responsible and thoughtful presentation of material.
The student and the student alone assumes legal and moral responsibility for the contents of the student or student organization home page. The opinions and contents of the student home pages are strictly the views and opinions of the author(s) and do not constitute the official views of the University. The University reserves the right to review and to remove pages that are in opposition to the mission or to the policies of the University. This policy may change at any time. Updates to this policy will be posted on Eastern's Web Site. In order to receive a web publishing account, the user / users must sign the document below.
