Eastern University, a Christian university of the arts and sciences, is located in St. Davids, Pennsylvania. The School of Management Studies invites applications for adjunct instructorsÂ in its accelerated adult-oriented undergraduate and graduate programs for the following areas:
â€˘ BUSINESS LAW
â€˘ INFORMATION SYSTEMS
â€˘ OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Classes are held in the Greater Philadelphia and Central PA regions (Harrisburg, Lancaster). Â Some courses are taught on-site and some are entirely on-line.
Successful candidates will possess:
â€˘ Vibrant Christian faith (affirmation of Easternâ€™s doctrinal statement)
â€˘ Masterâ€™s degree or higher in the discipline (or closely related discipline) they teach
â€˘ Experience teaching adult learners
â€˘ Appropriate professional expertise. (Professionals with health care experience and in the Central Pa area are strongly encouraged to apply.)
â€˘ Familiarity with educational technology (e.g. Blackboard, Microsoft Office) or teaching onlineÂ
