Adjunct Instructors (School of Management Studies)

Eastern University, a Christian university of the arts and sciences, is located in St. Davids, Pennsylvania. The School of Management Studies invites applications for adjunct instructors in its accelerated adult-oriented undergraduate and graduate programs for the following areas:

ACCOUNTING

BUSINESS LAW

ECONOMICS

FINANCE

INFORMATION SYSTEMS

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

STATISTICS

Classes are held in the Greater Philadelphia and Central PA regions (Harrisburg, Lancaster).  Some courses are taught on-site and some are entirely on-line.

Successful candidates will possess:

Vibrant Christian faith (affirmation of Eastern’s doctrinal statement)

Master’s degree or higher in the discipline (or closely related discipline) they teach

Experience teaching adult learners

Appropriate professional expertise. (Professionals with health care experience and in the Central Pa area are strongly encouraged to apply.)

Familiarity with educational technology (e.g. Blackboard, Microsoft Office) or teaching online
