Library: Cooperatives

Interlibrary Resource Sharing
Warner Library shares resources with other libraries through various reciprocal agreements.  Through interlibrary loans, and in some cases direct borrowing, members of other library communities have access to our materials and we have access to theirs.

Tri-State College Library Cooperative
We are one of the founding libraries of TCLC, the Tri-State College Library Cooperative, a Delaware Valley cooperative of over 44 colleges and universities in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.  Letters of introduction are required for any of our patrons wanting to borrow material directly from other TCLC libraries.  Such a letter is available from any librarian on request.

Southeastern Pennsylvania Theological Library Association
Warner Library, through Palmer Theological Seminary, is a member of SEPTLA, the Southeastern Pennsylvania Theological Library Association. Students and faculty at SEPTLA-member institutions may participate in reciprocal borrowing. A borrowing letter is required and may be obtained from the Reference desk. SEPTLA borrowing privileges are for EU graduate-level students and faculty only.

Council for Christian Colleges and Universities
Association of Christian Librarians
As a member of both the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities and the Association of Christian Librarians, we reciprocally share resources with other institutions affiliated with these organizations. In addition, Warner Library maintains cooperative agreements with both Cabrini College and Messiah College.

Pennsylvania Library Consortium, Inc.
Warner Library is a member of PALCI, the Pennsylvania Library Consortium, Inc., which allows students and faculty borrowing access to 36 million books located in libraries all around the state via the EZ Borrow system. Eastern faculty members also have physical access to all major university libraries in Pennsylvania through this agreement.

National Network of Libraries of Medicine (Middle Atlantic Region)
We are also a member library of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NNLM) Middle Atlantic Region.
