FAST-TRACK MBA® IN MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE SEMINAR FEB. 14
St. Davids, PA, January 21, 2009: On Saturday, February 14, from 8a.m. until 12:30p.m., the Campolo College of Graduate and Professional Studies School of Management Studies (http://www.eastern.edu/academic/ccgps/sms/index.html) will host its biannual Executive Seminar in the McInnis Auditorium. The seminar will be held on the campus at 1300 Eagle Road in St. Davids, PA. The guest speaker is Efrain Rivera, CFO of Bausch & Lomb. The topic of the presentation is "Perspectives on the Recent Financial Crisis."
In addition to the guest speaker, the seminar includes the opportunity for senior FMBA students to display their business ideas for their New Venture Projects (NVP). The event also allows first-time seminar students to observe, ask questions, and interact with senior FMBA students and their projects. It was evident in past seminars that the NVP project is not only a fun and exciting learning experience, but also one with possible new business opportunities for the students.
