JEFF WOODCOCK SPEAKS AT EASTERN UNIVERSITY MAY 14
"Merit Pay and Bonus Pay as Part of School Management"
St. Davids, PA, April 2, 2009: The Eastern University Ph.D. in Organizational
Leadership and PAIDEIA, Inc. are co-hosting guest lecturer Jeff Woodcock,
headmaster of Oaks Christian School in Westlake Village, CA, on Thursday, May 14,
at 7p.m. His talk, "Merit Pay and Bonus Pay as Part of School Management," will be
held in the Warner Library Atrium at Eastern University, at 1300 Eagle Road in St.
Davids, PA.
Jeff Woodcock has been headmaster since 1998, after serving 9 years as
headmaster of Santa Fe Christian School in Solana Beach, CA. He has over 30
years of experience in Christian education and has served on the ACSI
Accreditation Commission.

The Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership program offers interdisciplinary training for
individuals who currently occupy positions of leadership in business, education or
the nonprofit sector. The aim of the program is to equip students with the skills
and knowledge they will need to effectively engage in the transformation of their
organizations, communities and society, and to influence positive, meaningful
change as practitioners and scholars in their chosen fields.
The delivery system enables students to balance school with work. Each term
begins with a residency session, during which students gather on the St. Davids
campus for three days of lectures, small group sessions and advising. The
residency is then followed by 10 weeks of intensive online instruction.
