SPIRIT DANCING PROGRAM APRIL 17-19
St. Davids, PA, April 6, 2009: Eastern University Dance presents Spirit Dancing featuring choreography by EU faculty Joselli Deans and an original musical composition by David Bryant. Come out and enjoy our student and faculty dancers.
Performances are April 17-18 at 8 p.m. and April 19 at 3 p.m. Held in McInnis Auditorium, 1300 Eagle Road in St. Davids, PA.
Tickets are $5 with EU ID; $8 seniors and children under age 12; and $10 general admission. For reservations and information, call 610.225.5545.
Eastern University offers the dance major (B.A.) and dance minor (combined with a major of the student's choice). Entrance into the dance program is by audition.
Eastern's Dance faculty are dance professionals whose expertise includes education, performance, choreography, community based arts, and studio work. The course work and community environment in the dance program engage the individual on physical, intellectual, social, and emotional levels anchored in Christian spirituality-shaping a dance professional.
