Donna Karstetter-Colona Named Vice President of Operations at Redgo Development

St. Davids, PA, May 29, 2012: Eastern University graduate Donna Karstetter-Colona, an experienced commercial real estate development and management executive, has been named Vice President of Operations for RedGo Development in West Chester, PA. Karstetter-Colona holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University and a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University.

At RedGo, Karstetter-Colona will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of a commercial, industrial and residential developer with projects underway in southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey.

Karstetter-Colona began her real estate career in 1980 in the accounting department of Norwood Construction and in 1984 became controller for RealProp Management, a division of Rouse & Associates.  Her subsequent positions have included controller with The Nichols Company in Plymouth Meeting, and Stoltz Management Company and its affiliates.  Since 2000, Karstetter-Colona has served as controller and Information Technology Manager for E. Allen Reeves, a commercial/industrial and residential construction firm headquartered in Abington.

Pennsylvania developments completed by RedGo include Lewis Square and the Linfield Office Campus in Royersford, Naamans Creek Corporate Center in Upper Chichester Township, the Willowbrook Business Park in West Chester, Three Tun Business Center in Frazer, 1055 Andrew Drive in West Chester, and the New Continental Plaza office complex in Upper Merion Township.
