The mission of the Associate of Arts (AA) Program is to provide a solid foundation in written and oral communication, social and natural sciences, mathematics, technology, health, fine arts and humanities.  Mission specific courses emphasize and integrate Christian faith, reason, and justice in the curriculum. Providing broad exposure to a variety of disciplines, systems of thought and inquiry, the AA program prepares students for baccalaureate programs and career advancement.
Students entering the program with no college credits take the entire 61 credit AA curriculum. Transfer students take the necessary general education and/or elective courses to fulfill degree requirements.

Upon completion of Associate’s Degree, students have sufficient credits to enter Eastern University’s accelerated Bachelor’s degree programs such as the BS in Business Administration, BA in Organizational Leadership and BS in Early Childhood Education.
