Eastern University Accepts Common Application

St. Davids, PA, February 22, 2013: Eastern University is one of 39 new members who will now accept the Common Application for the 2013-14 admission cycle. This brings total membership to 527 institutions in all, including 81 public colleges and universities.

Michael Dziedziak, Executive Director of Enrollment at Eastern University, says,

"We are excited to join the Common App network. The Common App exists to serve students and their families by removing barriers in the application process. We hope that by joining we can help fill a niche within that network, and introduce Eastern to a broader audience."

The Common Application is a not-for-profit membership organization that, since its founding over 35 years ago, has been committed to providing reliable services that promote equity, access, and integrity in the college application process. They serve students, member institutions, and secondary schools by providing applications that students and school officials may submit to any of their 527 members. Membership is open to colleges and universities that promote access by evaluating students using a holistic selection process.
