Tom Ridington, Ph.D., is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Eastern University in St. Davids, PA. For three decades, Mr. Ridington has helped facilitate Eastern University's incorporation of Faith, Reason and Justice into higher education. He has served the University in many capacities, contributing to the advancement and development of Eastern University as Vice President of Development, Director of Foundations & Corporations, Acting Dean of Admissions and Interim Dean of the International School of Leadership and Development. He currently leads the University's integrated marketing efforts and staffs strategic institutional partnerships on behalf of the President.

Dr. Ridington completed his Ph.D. in Curricular Studies at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. He has consulted with thirty nonprofits and NGOs in matters of fundraising, planning and governance.  He also assisted in the development of many community organizations including Educational Concerns for Hunger Organization (ECHO), Good Works, Inc. and Young Life Liberty Region, among others. He currently serves as the institutional partnerships liaison for Eastern University as an Advisory Council member of Esperanza College, Philadelphia, PA. He is married to an educator/community developer, and they have four adult children.
