The Board of Eastern University has entrusted PAIDEIA, Inc., the consulting firm of which D. Bruce Lockerbie is founder and chairman, to lead the presidential search process. PAIDEIA, Inc., is a comprehensive consulting firm dedicated to a biblical worldview that seeks excellence to the glory of God in all areas of leadership and development in education, from elementary and secondary schools to colleges, universities and seminaries, as well as other not-for-profit agencies, associations and institutions.

PAIDEIA, Inc. has placed presidents at several Christian colleges and universities, including Grove City College, Bryan College and Cornerstone University, among others.  Last year, Paideia provided counsel to the committee that recommended Jonathan Yonan to be the new Dean of Templeton Honors College at Eastern University.
