The PhD in Organizational Leadership program exists to advance transformative leadership research and practice that matters to human thriving within organizational and societal contexts. The program helps students produce and share value-oriented and relevant leadership research of excellence.  Since 2007, our students and alumni have applied their interdisciplinary leadership research to local and global communities in business, education, nonprofit, ministry, and public sectors. Their practical and relevant scholarship has been published in books and journals.
