The Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership exists to equip leaders in business, educational, and nonprofit sectors through interdisciplinary studies and original research to effectively engage in the transformation of their organizations, communities, and society as practitioners and scholars.  Since 2007, the PhD program has enrolled mature and accomplished organizational leaders from various professional paths (e.g., finance, engineering, healthcare, technology, pharmacology, science research, talent development, law, ministry, nonprofit, advocacy, government, military, entrepreneur, consulting, N-12 public and private education, higher education, etc.). PhD students have come from US and international contexts. Within the first ten program years, over 40 students have graduated and produced original research focusing on leadership.
