Cynthia has over 30 years of experience in management of for-profit and non-profit organizations and has consulted with specialization in strategic planning and positioning. Her areas of expertise include developing, implementing and monitoring quality systems, planning and position. Serving in several non-profit settings, Cynthia has served with the Urban League of Philadelphia, the African American Museum in Philadelphia, and Lutheran Children & Family Service of Eastern Pennsylvania. Also, Cynthia is Co-Founder and Vice President of The Lloyal Group, a privately-held business management consulting company. For many years, Cynthia has served as an adjunct faculty for Eastern University, Temple University and Delaware County Community College, and currently, Cynthia serves as the Director of DBE Supportive Services at Cheyney University.
