Eastern Ranking Rises in Top Tier of U.S. News & World Report

St. Davids, PA, September 10, 2015:  Eastern University improved its position by 15 spots in the Top Tier of North Regional Universities in the 2016 edition of America's Best Colleges in U.S. News & World Report magazine. Eastern's ranking places this Philadelphia Christian university in the Top Tier of educational institutions in the Middle Atlantic and New England states.  The 2016 overall rankings include more than 1,800 schools nationwide.

Over the past 30 years, the U.S. News college rankings, which groups schools based on categories created by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, has grown to be the most comprehensive research tool for students and parents considering higher education opportunities.
