Dr. Patricia Bleil at Jubilee Conference Feb. 16

St. Davids, PA, February 11, 2014: Pat Bleil, PhD, will be one of the featured speakers at this year's Jubilee Conference in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Bleil is Chair of the Eastern University School of Management Studies, Director of the Fast-Track MBA® Program, and Assistant Professor of Management.

The Conference takes place February 14-16 and Dr. Bleil will present her workshop on Sunday, February 16, at 9 AM. Entitled Giftedness: Identifying and Practically Applying God-Given Talents, her session will explore what it means to be gifted and define our worth in Christ. She will explore how we go about identifying, developing, and deploying God-given talents. All session participants will receive a Strengths Test code that will allow them to take a Strength Finder test. The test is sponsored by Eastern University and is free to all session participants.

Prior to the Jubilee Conference, Dr. Bleil was interviewed on February 10 on 101.5 WORD-FM radio in Pittsburgh. The topic was Being a Christian in a Secular Workplace.  

The Jubilee Conference is about living faithfully in every area of life.  For 37 years, they have invited over 60,000 college students to Pittsburgh to talk, learn, think, and dream about the public implications of their personal transformation. It’s a gathering of thousands of college students learning how to worship God with their whole lives. Jubilee 2014 will feature more than 50 speakers.

The Jubilee Conference is part of the mission of the Coalition for Christian Outreach (CCO). The CCO is a campus ministry that partners with churches, colleges and other organizations to develop men and women who live out their Christian faith in every area of life.

Patricia Bleil holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University. Her current research interests include organizational communication, mentoring for women’s leadership development, and power and politics in organizations. Prior to her academic career, Pat spent 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry where she became the first female Vice President of sales in a Fortune 100 company. She lead a team of over 600 people producing over one billion dollars in revenue. She currently consults on the subjects of communication and leadership development to organizations such as the YMCA and Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
