Membership in the CWT is a significant ministry commitment. CWT members must be committed to spiritual growth, intentional community and ongoing music education while navigating the demands of their academic pursuits.
The student will:
- Study the art of worship leading
- Learn to build, analyze and evaluate a worship set
- Gain valuable experience in leading/participating on a worship team; facilitating a rehearsal; becoming a cohesive unit
- Foster meaningful and authentic relationships with other members
- Grow and develop their musical talents through supervision, mentoring, and performance instruction
- Develop the discipline of practicing assigned music
- Participate in an environment that affirms worship as a lifestyle
- Expand their ideas of worship music through cross cultural musical field trips
